Entirely on your device. Dosipet has no accounts and no servers — nothing you enter is uploaded anywhere. See the privacy policy for details.
Settings → Backup and restore. You can create a backup file and store it wherever you like (iCloud Drive, Google Drive, or your computer). To move to a new phone, create a backup on the old device and restore it on the new one.
Open Settings → Dosipet Premium → Restore a purchase, on the device signed into the same App Store or Google Play account used for the purchase. If it still doesn't activate, email us with your purchase receipt.
On iOS, yes — Dosipet Premium supports Apple Family Sharing, so one purchase covers your family group. On Android, Premium is tied to the Google account that purchased it. Family members can always receive a pet's full health summary via the Share feature.
Check that notifications are allowed for Dosipet in your device settings. On Android, also disable battery optimization for Dosipet (Settings → Apps → Dosipet → Battery), as some manufacturers silence scheduled reminders to save power.
Settings → Delete all data erases everything permanently: every pet, medication, dose, vaccine, weight, vet visit and document on this device, along with your saved backups. It asks twice and the second step requires typing a word, because it cannot be undone. Your Premium purchase is not affected — you can restore it at any time.
To remove one pet rather than all of them, delete them from their profile. They move to Settings → Deleted pets, where you can restore them or choose Delete for good. Deleting the app also removes everything, since nothing is stored outside your device. Export a backup first if you might want any of it back.
