All app content (pet profiles, medication schedules, dose logs, vaccination records, weight entries, vet visit notes, and attached photos or documents) is stored locally on your device in the app's private storage. It is never transmitted to us. If you delete the app, this data is deleted with it, so we recommend using the app's export or backup feature first.
We do not collect names, email addresses, locations, contacts, photos, usage analytics, advertising identifiers, or any content you enter in the app. Dosipet contains no advertising and no analytics SDKs.
If you buy Dosipet Premium, the payment is processed entirely by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). We never see your payment details. To activate your purchase across reinstalls, purchase receipts are validated by our provider RevenueCat, using an anonymous identifier that is not linked to your identity. This purchase history is used solely to provide the features you paid for.
Medication and appointment reminders are local notifications, scheduled and delivered by your device. They do not involve any server.
When you use the export or share features (for example, sharing a pet's health summary with a family member or vet), the exported file is created on your device and shared through the apps you choose. Where it goes from there is under your control.
Dosipet is a general-audience app and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone, including children.
Because your app data never leaves your device, you have direct control over it: you can view, edit, export, or erase it in the app at any time. For the limited purchase-receipt processing described above, the legal basis is the performance of our contract with you (delivering your purchase). If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted at this address with a new effective date. Material changes will be noted in the app's release notes.
